Reservations
Bookings are on a request basis and must be accompanied by the following information.
- All the names of the guests; full names (first name and last name)
- Arrival and departure dates and flight details if applicable and any dietary or special requests

The Lodge shall accept and confirm the reservations in writing and notify the Operator.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is at 13h00 and check-out is at 11h00.
The lodge cannot accommodate early check-ins. Please ensure that your transport to and from the lodge is
arranged timeously to coincide with our check-in and check-out times.
Payments
All bookings must be paid for 30 days prior to the guests’ arrival date. Reservation shall be subject to cancellation in
the event prepayment is not received as contracted. All credit cards accepted except American Express and Diners.
Transfers are to be made to the lodge’s bank account as follows:

All Transfers to be emailed to the Reservations Department with the guest names as proof of payment. All bank
charges will be borne by the Operator.
Bookings
Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Thereafter cancellation fees will apply as per the cancellation
policy below.
Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full, thereafter cancellation fees will apply as per
the cancellation policy below.
If payment is not received as per the above, the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
50% cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days and less prior to arrival.
75% cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days and less prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days and less prior to arrival, or no show.
Covid and Lock down related cancellations:
Please note that no refunds will be given for any Covid and lockdown related cancellations. We will gladly move your booking to a later date.
All reservations, amendments or cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing.
No Show
Non-arrivals will be subject to 100% of the rate for the entire period of the reservation.
